Our baseline pricing includes all standard chimney stacks and a standard, two-sided roof layout.
Bungalow Base Check (Single Storey) — £99
Our entry-level rate for properties spanning a single floor. These low-rise structures allow for highly efficient data capture and minimal flight time.
Terraced House Base Check (Two Storeys / Mid-Terrace) — £119
Tailored for standard two-storey terraced properties. This covers complete front and rear roof slope tracking up to the neighboring boundary lines.
Semi-Detached / End-of-Terrace Base Check — £139
For attached properties featuring an extra exposed side profile. This extends our flight path to capture the full front, back, and side perimeter elevations.
Detached House Base Check (Standalone) — £159
Built for completely standalone family homes. This covers a comprehensive 360-degree orbital flight loop around the entire independent structural footprint.
Standalone Flat Roof Property Check — £119
Specifically for modern or commercial properties with zero pitch. We capture direct top-down imagery to check for pooling water, bubbling felt, and split seams.
Main Building Modifiers
These adjusters apply strictly to the main body of the primary building
Hipped Roof Shape Modifier — +£40
Height Modifier — +£35
Apply this if your main roof slopes downwards on all four sides instead of ending in flat triangular brick walls. This shape introduces extra angles and hip tiles that require dedicated tracking
Apply this if your property stands three or more storeys high (such as a townhouse). Tall structures introduce elevated high-altitude wind risks and proximity to overhead hazards.

Detached Outbuildings, Summerhouses & Separate Garages — +£40
For windows projecting vertically out of a sloped roof face. These introduce complex joinery and mini-roof ridges that require close-up, multi-angle inspections.
Covers the independent roof structure of any garage physically joined to the main house carcass, including the long weather-sealing seam linking the two buildings.
Covers small independent low-level structures or glazed elements. We capture the critical flashing lines where these features interface with the main brick walls.
For high-risk water channels. Valleys form where roof angles meet, and parapets hide low perimeter gutters. These are primary zones for moss blockages and mortar decay.
For full single-storey living additions, or traditional deep Victorian kitchen wings. These introduce significant secondary roof areas.
For entirely separate structures positioned on your plot that require an independent flight setup and distinct launch layout to inspect safely.
